CANDIDATES/JOB SEEKERS: Resume and/or career “makeovers.” Individual career guidance.

• Consultancy work with candidates creating or critiquing resumes/cover letters, providing career counseling and skill-matching, preparing them for interviews including role-playing, developing candidate elevator pitches/brand-building campaigns, source targeted/individualized job leads, engaging in employer outreach on behalf of clients, networking, etc.
• Coach/mentor those upwardly mobile or in transition 1:1 and groups (some pro bono work).
• Provide career coaching, leadership development and other career training on a wide variety of topics to groom jobs seekers and employed professionals for the next step in their careers.
• Deliver motivational, laser-focused career presentations designed to inspire and get results.
